SRAC Coercive Control Workshop
Event description
FREE workshop on coercive control.
Aboriginal women are regularly misidentified as the perpetrator of domestic and family violence, with the new laws in regard to coercive control we are concerned that more Aboriginal women will be misidentified.
This workshop will provide a comprehensive understanding of what coercive control is, how it appears in relationships, and its impact on victims and our communities.
The small steps for Hannah workshop will be facilitated by DV Prevention Educator Michael Jeh from Small Steps 4 Hannah - https://www.smallsteps4hannah.com.au/
