Somatic Release Breathwork (4pm-6pm)

Doors Open 3:30pm, session starts 4pm sharp, doors close 415pm.

Phones to be on flight mode and silent.

Recommended for Ages 18 and above only.

Somatic Release Breathwork is a powerful and transformative breathing technique that serves as a gentle trauma informed, therapeutic tool to activate the body's innate healing abilities.

It can help you release stress, anxiety, and depression, creating space for greater calm and clarity.

By shifting limiting beliefs and ingrained habits, this practice supports healing of past wounds and trauma as related to birth, loss, death, and suffering et al, allowing you to move forward with greater resilience.

Through this process, you can cultivate deeper self-awareness, reprogram behaviours, and experience increased presence and joy —empowering you to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Mat Creedon will lead a Sound Bath Choir from 5:30pm and Gratitude Ceremony with Rose Cacao or Hawthorn Berry Elixir and vegan delights served by projectfreshstart.org.au at closing.

Note: Bring you, your personal intention(s), something comfortable to wear and comfortable bedding for the floor. Eg. Blanket, cushion, yoga mat etc.

Ecstatic Dance presented by hosts; iToLing who are a Melbourne-based sonic collaboration between two sound-healing creative artists dedicated to creating transformative musical experiences.

United by a deep spiritual connection and shared artistic vision, the duo weave together electronic production, world music influences, live musical instruments and sacred practices to create immersive soundscapes designed for healing, movement, and meditation.

Their work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with contemporary sound design, offering listeners a pathway to inner exploration and collective celebration.

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form non-judgmental movement practice where participants dance lively to lively dance music, often leading to a meditative, trance-like state of bliss or "ecstasy".

Session goes 2–2.5 hours, featuring a curated DJ set, electronic, trance, folktronic, sacred & world music, with no required steps, fostering self-expression, connection, and emotional release. Common guidelines include no talking, no phones, no shoes, and, most importantly, no alcohol or drugs.

See you on the floor a:)
