Celebrate Mother’s Day through movement, culture, and connection at this special low‑impact Sri Lankan dance workshop, created with older community members in mind — and perfect for younger people who want to share a meaningful experience with their parents or elders.

Sri lankan dance is traditionally known for its grace, rhythm, and expressive storytelling. In this workshop, we honour those traditions while adapting movements to be accessible, slow‑paced, and supportive for all bodies. No dance experience is needed — just a willingness to explore, smile, and share space with others.

This workshop is perfect for:

• Older community members

• Young people wanting to treat their parents or elders to a meaningful Mother’s Day activity

• Families looking to celebrate together

• Anyone seeking a soft, culturally rich movement experience
