* All information must be completed in order to register for your hamper/ toys.
* Only one hamper option can be selected by the individual registering. You cannot register for anyone else.
Hamper & Toy pick-up days & times are as follows;
- Tuesday 10th December - 10am - 2pm only
- Wednesday 11th December - 10am - 2pm only
- Thursday 12th December - 1:00 - 5:00pm only (we will have Christmas carols by the choir from 4:00 - 5:00pm)
* Your Medicare card must be brought to the hamper/ toy pick-up on either December 10/11/12 as proof of identity and the names & number of children living at home (we can only cater for under 12yrs only). If someone needs to pick up your hamper for you, they need to bring your Medicare card and you need to phone us to let us know the person's name picking up for you.
* Pick-up is on one of the above dates, and between the listed times only, at our facility - 57 Pendlebury Rd, Cardiff
* We are charging a small amount to register for your hamper and toys this year to help us help more people. The cost is $5 for hampers (with over $100 worth of food), and an extra $5 to go towards toys if you'd like toys for children under 12yrs. We purchase the food hampers from Foodbank for $25 per hamper, and although some new toys and items are donated, we do also put money towards Christmas items for various ages (from various age-appropriate stores) to ensure we have enough for our registered families.
