Enter library lobby, complete COVID check-in on phone or paper, then travel to the southern end of the library near the 'kids section' and you will find the "Von Stigletz Room".

Toilet location

Toilets including accessible toilets are on the external outside of the library. Must exit the library and travel around the southwestern external side of the library.
