This is a relaxed, community driven Sunday market where shoppers come ready to hunt for bargains, discover unique items and support local sellers.

Expect great vibes, friendly stallholders and lots of treasure hunters wandering the aisles.

And yes… the market is pet friendly, so there will be plenty of four-legged bargain sniffers too.

Stall Fees

Indoor / Undercover Sites

2m x 3m – $40
3m x 3m – $50

Outdoor Sites (Grass & Bitumen)

Outdoor stalls are weather dependent.

Marquees are recommended but not required.

Food Vendors

Food stalls $130 per event

Requirements:

• Must be fully self-sufficient
• NO POWER available
• Breakfast / brunch vendors only

Public Liability Insurance

$30 per event. Public Liability Insurance available

Not mandatory… but it protects you from clumsy shoppers who trip over excitement while treasure hunting.

Seller Setup Info

Bump In

6:00am – 7:30am

Bump Out

12:05pm – 1:00pm

TRADING HOURS : 8AM TO 12PM / SUNDAY

All sellers must be packed up no later than 1:15pm

There will be a short trolley distance from parking to stalls.

So yes… a small round of “Trolley Olympics” may occur… but nothing too serious.

Important Seller Information

• Sellers must bring their own tables, chairs and stall equipment
• NO POWER available at this venue
• Stall positions will be allocated on arrival by SSCM staff

Premarket information will be sent:

📧 Monday before the event (6 days before)
📧 Official bump-in details Thursday evening before the market (2 days prior to the event)

If selling electrical goods, items must have:

✔ Current Tag & Test certification
✔ Visible testing sticker

Any electrical products without valid tags will need to be returned to your vehicle and cannot be sold in accordance with government regulations.
