How do I secure the room?
Book your own private penthouse karaoke room for up to 40 people on the night of the event. Room bookings are for 50 minutes only.
What are the steps I need to follow to secure a room?
- Purchase a $100 Booking Ticket in your allocated time slot.
- The ticket owner must provide their attendee list via email to events@ssu.org.au before the night of the event; and
- The ticket owner provides written consent to the Ts & Cs sent to them by SSU.
- The ticket owner and all attendees must purchase a ticket to the event to access the karaoke room. (Booking does not include ticket entry).

Photographs may be taken and used in SSU publications and website. If you do not wish for your photo to be taken, please communicate this to the SSU via email and to the photographer on the day. Please note that the ultimate responsibility rests with the ticket older as a condition of entry to be aware of this policy and the SSU will take all reasonable measures to ensure any request is followed as best as practicable but cannot guarantee your photo will not be made public.
