🌟 Celebrate a Decade of Dance Magic! 🌟

This year’s SMC Dance Spectacular at St Mary’s College marks a ten-year milestone of showcasing extraordinary talent, energy, and creativity. It’s more than a performance—it’s a tribute to a decade of dedication and passion in Dance and Sports Aerobics.

Audiences will be treated to breathtaking routines from our Junior, Senior, and Open Dance Troupes, including crowd favourites like Beat It, Elastic Heart, and Shake That Thing. With over 40 dynamic presentations, the evening also features standout routines from SMC Sports Aerobics teams, along with stunning Year 11 assessments and a powerful performance by our Year 12 students.

The atmosphere is electric, the talent is unforgettable, and the spirit of St Mary’s shines brighter than ever. Join us as we mark ten spectacular years of dance and performance—an evening where rhythm, movement, and community come together in a dazzling celebration of legacy and passion.

Before performances begin, guests will have the opportunity to purchase something to eat from food trucks in the Car Park. Serving a variety of cuisines, food trucks will be open to audience members from 4.00pm-5.30pm, accompanied by a bar offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

Alumni-Only Event (prior to the Dance Spectacular): 4-5pm

We invite past students of St Mary’s College Ipswich to a dedicated Alumni Gathering in honour of ten years of Dance and Sports Aerobics excellence. Held in the College boardroom just before the Dance Spectacular, this special evening offers a chance to reconnect with fellow alumni, reflect on shared experiences, and celebrate the legacy of our vibrant performing community. Guests will be welcomed with light refreshments and the opportunity to engage with past performers and staff in a warm and festive atmosphere.
