Yeehaw, Parents! Get ready to dust off your boots and prepare to enter the Wild Wild West!
Join us for our 2024 Parents Social Fundraising Night on Friday, October 18th, from 7pm to Midnight at the Camberwell Bowls Club.
It's going to be a night of boot scootin' fun and frivolity and a chance to get to know each other and celebrate our fantastic school community!
Here’s what’s in store for you:
🍹 Howdy Welcome Drink – Start the night off with a drink of your choice on us!
🍖 Finger-Lickin’ BBQ Dinner – Y'all get a mouthwatering spread with gluten-free and veggie options.
🎵 Live Music – Get ready to tap your toes and two-step to some fantastic tunes!
🎲 Fun Games – Test your skills and win some fun prizes!
And that’s not all! We’ve got a whole heap of extras to make the night unforgettable:
Raffle & Prizes – Try your luck and win some fantastic goodies!
Big Wheel – Spin for your chance at awesome rewards!
Silent Auction – Bid on exciting items and experiences, all for a great cause!
🌱 This year we’re raising funds to create a new Vegetable Patch at our school, so your support will help us grow something very special for our kids! 🌱
No need to book your seats, its a stand-up event with drinks available at bar prices, plenty of delicious food, and lots of room to eat, chat, and showcase your best moves on the dance floor 💃 Don't let the night pass you by - get your tickets early as there's a limited venue capacity.
Be sure to don your best cowboy hat, boots, and country attire – we want to see you in your finest Western gear!
