On behalf of your P&F Committee, we’re excited to introduce a brand new event, created in response to your feedback — Campus Camp Out!
Get ready to enjoy a magical evening under the stars, right here on school grounds. Bring your family, your tent, and your sense of adventure as we transform Stolz Oval into a fun-filled camping experience for our community.
What’s in store?
BYO tent and camp out together (tent hire options available*)
Sausage sizzle + drink
(Vegetarian & gluten free options available)Jumping castle and games for the kids
Silent disco
Movie screening (PG rated) with hot chocolate
A relaxed, social evening with fellow families
Plenty of space to unwind under the night sky
Brew Moon Coffee van available Sunday morning - Head home for breakfast
Whether you're a seasoned camper or just keen for a unique family night out, this is the perfect chance to connect, relax, and create lasting memories.
When: 5:00pm, Saturday 12 September – 7:00am, Sunday 13 September
Where: Stolz Oval, St Peters Indooroopilly
What to bring: Your tent, bedding, torch, extra snacks and camping essentials
Tickets: $40.00 per person
Important Information:
Children must be accompanied by a parent/carer
Maximum Parent to Child Ratio = 1:4
Yes, you can purchase tickets for siblings from other schools
Alcohol and butane stoves/braziers/fires absolutely prohibited
No camper trailers please
*Option 1 - Tent hire (4 person) - $100.00 - DIY set up and does not include mattresses/bedding SOLD OUT
Option 2 - Glamping tent hire (2-3 person) - $325.00 - includes tent set up, lighting, floor mats, mattress/es, bed linens. SOLD OUT
Information on when to set up, etc will be emailed to you in the week prior to the event.
Don't want to camp overnight but still participate in the activities?
General Admission Tickets are now available for $40.00pp. You'll enjoy the sausage sizzle, jumping castle, disco and movie screening, then head home at 9:45pm. Please purchase a ticket for every person attending (including parent/s).

Terms & Conditions
Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the event. If event organisers consider a person’s behaviour to be disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, they may ask the person/child and their parent or carer to leave the event. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Attendees are expected to take reasonable care of the College grounds and facilities. Any damage to College property caused by an attendee, their children, guests, or any equipment brought onto the premises will be the attendee's responsibility. The College reserves the right to recover any costs associated with repairing, replacing, or restoring damaged property.
There is no vehicle access to the oval. Please consider this when planning what equipment or items you bring, as they will need to be carried to the event area.
The purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
