It's Caulfield Cup day, one of the biggest days on the Australian Spring Racing Carnival calendar, and our exclusive Guineas Room function precinct will offer a guaranteed good time. Whip out your classiest outfits and saddle up for one of the best value events at the track this season. There will be prizes for the best dressed in our Fashions on the Field event and sensational Raffle prizes to be won.
Hosted by the College Sports Subcommittee our event will be compered by Loretta Ryan, leading personality of ABC morning radio. All proceeds from the event support resources for the girls of St Rita's.
This year's event offers two options:
- Stand up style Cocktail option offering delicious cocktail menu and 5.5hr Gold beverage package for $195.00 per person.
- Seated three-course fine dining option and 5.5hr Gold beverage package for $225.00 per person. Tables seat 10 persons.
The Guineas Room is a glamorous, private air-conditioned venue with direct access to the Members grandstand and its sweeping views of all the day's racing and the Winning Post. Our Cocktail Package event-goers will have their exclusive area of the Guineas Room meticulously detailed with casual seating and high cocktail tables. Our Dining Package attendees will be seated at tables of 10 in the Guineas Room, enjoy full table service and exclusive views of the all important Mounting Yard.
Post event, ongoing entertainment can be enjoyed in the Members area downstairs with no cover charge and offering cash bar to 7:30pm.

- Allocated seating at linen dressed tables (tables seat a maximum of 10 persons. Groups of 8 or less will share with other guests if required. Groups of 12 or more will occupy two tables and may be required to share with others if required.)

- One Racebook per two persons
