StACTalks: Tricky Chats with Jo Robertson

Tea and coffee available from 6.00pm in the Old Collegians Foyer, Ngā Toi Performing Arts Centre.

Join us for StACTalks: Tricky Chats with Jo Robertson. This session features guest speaker Jo Robertson, sex therapist and international presenter, whose evidence-based parenting course, Tricky Chats, supports the College’s Hold the Line till Year 9 technology well-being initiative.

Jo will present on the following topics:

  • screen time;

  • social media and gaming;

  • pornography exposure;

  • grooming and exploitation;

  • conversation starters and scripts;

  • filters and help resources.

This free event is open to Year 0–10 parents/caregivers. Jo brings over 15 years’ experience in sexual health, trauma counselling, and education. Her TEDx talk and advocacy work have helped shape policy and support families worldwide.
