Staff Connect 2021 – our annual staff meeting has been designed to give you the opportunity to connect and interact with your colleagues from all areas of the organisation.

This will be an interactive event where you will have the opportunity to learn more about where we are heading as a company, put forward your ideas for how we can improve and workshop ideas to help achieve our strategic plan.

Event Details

10.10am - 10.30am approx. - Bus transport to venue
10.50am - Arrive at venue
11.00am - Program begins
12.30pm - Lunch
1.15pm - Program resumes
3.15pm - Program wrap up
3.30pm - Sundowner/Networking
4.00pm - Bus transport back to campuses

Transport

• Leaving from CET Jandakot: boarding at 10.05am, departure at 10.10am 
• Leaving from CET Joondalup: boarding at 10.15am, departure at 10.20am 
• Leaving from Balcatta: boarding at 10.25am, departure at 10.30am 

Please be ready for boarding 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time. Buses will return to each of the above locations, departing from the Rendezvous Hotel Scarborough at 4.00pm.

You will be asked to confirm your transportation requirements as part of the registration process. 

Please note: If you choose to make your own way to the venue there are a variety of parking options available in the area. Please note that ECA WA won't cover any parking fees that you incur. Please do your own research on the parking options if you are taking your own vehicle.

Dietary Requirements

If you have any special dietary requirements please be sure to include these in your registration. If you do not confirm dietaries by the close of registration we may not be able to arrange catering in time.

Dietaries include things like - pescatarian, vegetarian, gluten intolerant, nut allergy, kosher etc.

Registration

Attendance at this event is mandatory for all permanent employees who would normally work on this day and registrations are essential.

If you are a part-time employee who does not normally work on this day, or a causal employee, your attendance is voluntary. If you do choose to attend, you won’t be paid for the day. Registrations are essential for those who voluntarily attend.

Please register your attendance before COB Friday 23 July. 

Please remember all ECA WA policies and procedures, including the code of conduct, bullying and harassment policy, and social media policy, still apply at this event.
