Event description

Staff - It’s an ART!

Attracting, Retaining and Training staff in Agribusinesses.

Are you a Farm Business, Contractor, Rural Merchant or local Ag Business working on attracting, retaining and training staff in your business?

Holbrook Landcare Networking is bringing guest speaker Neville Brady from Browsup Consulting to Holbrook for a great workshop on how you can identify and tackle the low hanging fruit in your agribusiness to improve your capacity to attract, retain and training staff.

Neville brings to us 25-years of experience working with businesses to identify gaps, opportunities and practical, implementable solutions to increase workplace and team efficiencies and productivity in agricultural businesses. Neville's approach is a straight-forward working with producers to develop the right documents to sell their workplaces and honing in on some of the communication, leadership, and employee-employer fault that might be capping your business' capacity to attract and retain staff. This workshop is an outcome of our 'Supporting On-Farm Labour During the Dry Times Project' a Project which was designed to identify the barriers local farm businesses experience when looking to attract, retain and train on-farm labour. Through this project and the support of the Southern NSW Innovation Hub this workshop is completely FREE!

Join HLN and Neville Thursday October 17th, 9am-11am at the Holbrook Library for this awesome opportunity.

Registration's are greatly appreciated!
