Staff Yoga for Cardrona and Treble Cone staff members! 🗻⛷️🏂🧘‍♀️

Suitable for all levels.

Every Wednesday enjoy a flow based vinyasa class, linking breath and movement, whilst also taking the time to hold some asanas (poses) for a little longer. Wind down with a short guided meditation and find mindful moments through out the class.

The last Wednesday of every month (starting July) you can expect a lovely slow-paced yin yoga session with Izzy, where you'll be holding asanas for 3-5 minutes, using the breath as your guide. Enjoy this more meditative practise to really slow down.

Lauren did her Yoga Teacher Training in the North Island in 2024, and taught sunrise yoga in the park this summer.

Izzy did her Yoga Teacher Training in Byron Bay in 2023, and has taught in Sri Lanka and Mexico.
