Event description

Join us on Saturday, May 4th for the famous Stairway to Heaven Hike. The trail starts flat for about 2.5 miles on boardwalks, a suspension bridge, and a cow pasture. It then crosses Rt. 94 and enters the "stairway to heaven" - a steep set of switchbacks over rocky terrain that wind their way up, this part is more of a moderate-level challenge.

Bring your hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers (you’ll need them), pack water and a sandwich, invite some friends, and get ready to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll start the day at Worthwild in Chelsea. After the hike, we'll make a stop for ice cream and drinks before heading back to NYC.
