ChillOut Festival Carnival Day 2026 Returns to Victoria Park!

Get ready for a day of community, laughter, and unforgettable fun at ChillOut’s biggest event of the year!

Mark your calendars for ChillOut Carnival Day on Sunday March 8th 2026, during the Labour Day long weekend. Carnival Day draws a crowd of around 3,500 excited festival-goers and this year we have made some huge changes to our market stall registration pricing and overall structure. A longer trading day, and cheaper fees!

Important Information for Stallholders:

• Public Liability Insurance: All stalls must provide a certificate of currency for public liability insurance.

• Food Vans: If you’re booking a food van/stall, please upload the following items during registration:

  1. Registration of Food Premises

  2. Streatrader Registration

  3. An Image of the Food Van/Stall

Your booking will not be finalised until payment is received in full. Payment is required at the time of booking.
