Smith Bush East, a vital native forest on our doorstep, is adorned with magnificent native trees. To aid its protection we are spending a couple of hours reducing moth plant from the nearby streets. Moth plant smothers native vegetation and has the potential to catastrophically impact forest structures.
Join us on Karaka and Puriri Streets in Takapuna. Learn to identify moth plant and employ safe, efficient removal methods. All tools and training will be provided. Wear old clothes and long sleeves, as the sap is toxic.
