Join us for a day of yoga and SUPing on the picturesque Barwon River estuary.

No previous experience in yoga or SUPing is necessary. We will provide everything you need for an awesome day in the great outdoors, including lunch. We are more than happy to cater for all dietary requirements (please just let us know what you need).

We will meet you within the township of Barwon Heads, at the Ozone Jetty.

We will start off with a yoga session on the beach to stretch our paddling muscles, before launching our SUPs and paddling upstream. Paddling time is around 2 hours on flat water. Comprehensive instructions on paddling technique will be provided and all equipment is supplied. We will then return to the beach for a sumptuous lunch.

Please wear your bathers and comfortable clothing that can get wet and you can move in, layered activewear is perfect. Pack a warm jacket and rainwear, just in case! Sandals that can get wet or wetsuit booties are perfect footwear for paddling.

Apart from that, all you need to bring with you is a water bottle and we are good to go!

The day is for women who are beginner paddlers. Even if you have never paddled before, this experience is for you! We will be with you every step of the way to make sure it is one to remember.

By the way, if the weather is horrendous, we will reschedule the day. If you can’t make the new date, we will give you a full refund.
