Yoga on a stand up paddleboard sounds challenging, but it’s actually a lot of fun!
Expect easy Yoga poses that help to improve balance and stability, fun Yoga poses that bring about a smile to everyone’s faces and not forgetting floating relaxation at the end of the class which is pure floating bliss!
Wear bathers and rashie or shorts, which ever is most comfortable, don't forget your towel!
All equipment is provided. Suitable for beginners 15 years and older.
