Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in our community. Harmful behaviours don’t have to be ignored - with the right tools, we can all make a difference.

STAND Training (Speak. Take Action. Notice. Disrupt.) is a FREE, interactive 2-hour workshop designed to empower people with the confidence and practical strategies to respond to harmful behaviours in safe, respectful, and effective ways.

Together, we will:

Understand why noticing and responding matters
Recognise early signs of harmful behaviour
Practice safe and respectful ways to “call out” or “call in” behaviour
Build strategies to support others and strengthen community safety

This is not a lecture - it’s a hands-on, engaging session that encourages reflection, conversation, and collaboration. You’ll leave with realistic strategies you can use in everyday situations to help create a safer, more connected community.
