As Aged Care Providers deep dive into the revised quality standards, you can empower your compliance journey, gain clarity, tools, and solutions to thrive with practical and informative sessions focused on the revised Aged Care Quality Standards

 Standard 1: The Person

• Assist you to meet the requirements for quality care by valuing each person's individual priorities and embracing diversity to better connect with their unique background and experiences.
• Gain ideas and participate in how to achieve these requirements.

Standard 3: The Care and Services

• Focus on the requirements for delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care and services, including the importance of reablement optimising function, timely plan reviews, and aligning care with the person’s needs and preferences.
• Participate in discussion on what this looks like in practice.

Standard 4: The Environment

• Covers the requirements to recognise environmental risks and create a safe and supportive physical environment.
• Explore a case study on how various position and role responsibilities can help achieve these requirements.

By ordering tickets, you as the buyer and the ticket holders agree to:

• Not circulate or distribute the weblink or resources to any person or organisation who is not a registered attendee
• Not show the event in a group setting where unregistered attendees are present (you will either receive an invoice for the extra attendees or be removed and no refund given)
• Not make any recordings or capture the video or audio in any capacity

ACIA reserve the right to:

• Remove unauthorised participants from a session if no response is received by the unauthorised attendee within 10 minutes (by Zoom chat).
• Request all participants to turn on their camera

Notification of cancellation or transfer of registration must be by email to enquiry@acia.asn.au. No refund is available for any cancellations received five working days or less prior to the start date, however a substitute delegate is welcome. Please notify ACIA of any substitution as soon as possible. No refund or transfer will be given for non-attendance.
