About the Course
The Blended Workplace Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course is designed to equip managers, supervisors, HR professionals, and employees with the knowledge and skills to support a colleague experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis. Participants will learn practical strategies for recognising signs of mental health concerns, approaching conversations with confidence, and providing initial support until professional help is available.

Course Structure
This blended learning course includes:
✔️ Self-paced eLearning (5–7 hours) – Learn the core concepts of MHFA at your own pace.
✔️ Two live instructor-led sessions – Engage in interactive discussions and skills practice with a licensed MHFA Instructor.
