About the Workshop

Within each of us is a unique spark, a soul that is unique to us, a soul with a mission, a purpose, a soul with its natural expression and being. Across the four weeks in this workshop we will be venturing into who we are as a soul, what’s in the way of us shining in all our light, what are our soul gifts and mission and celebrating who we are – all of it.

This four week workshop is an invitation to really honour who you are as a person and to look at how you can walk through the world from your authentic, radiant, empowered self. How can you live true to all that you are and live out your unique talents and gifts in the world.

It’s a four week journey so that this work can really begin to weave through your everyday life, to really integrate and embody your soul radiance so that by the end of the workshop you will have the resources to really stand in your soul radiance as you navigate through the world.

My hope is that by the end of the workshop you will leave with more knowledge of who you are as a person and soul, to have experienced your essence and soul radiance, embodied it, now shine proudly from it and have the resources to continue to support, nurture and nourish your radiance once the program ends.

This is a workshop that really is about celebrating you and how you can live more from your authenticity and radiance. If you feel called I would love for you to join us in this sacred journey of honouring the person you are and the person you came here to be.

Structure

Week One – Exploring who are you as a soul?

Week Two – Exploring what’s in the way of us shining in all that we are? And how can we support ourselves to move through that?

Week Three - Exploring our Soul Mission and Soul Gifts

Week Four - Celebrating who we are and how we can take this into the world and embody it into our lives

About Embodied Movement

Embodied movement involves engaging and being in the body. It taps into the vast wisdom that the body holds which can bring healing and insights. The power of working with the body is that you get to embody your explorations, to ground them within you, so that you can feel what it may be like to stand in your soul radiance rather than it just being a concept. Being in the body also means that it allows you to tap into aspects of self that can’t be touched rationally.

You don’t need any experience to do embodied movement, the movement you will explore is authentic, intuitive movement that naturally arises when you connect with the wisdom of your body.

About Art Therapy

Art therapy taps into exploring the language of our psyche, our soul through the images and symbols it has to share. In this four week workshop, we will be using art therapy to explore the wisdom that our soul has to share with us.

You do not need to be good at art to do art therapy. Art therapy is more about expression than perfection, capturing moments and insights and getting into a dialogue with our soul. There is beauty in it being raw and unpolished.

Please Note

This workshop is part of Alex's Embodied Movement Placement. Pricing is to cover venue hire costs. To keep this workshop intimate we will only have a maximum of 8 people. This workshop is meant to be therapeutic but not a replacement for therapy. If you are interested in being supported further in a 1:1 session message Alex. She currently has free 1:1 Embodied Movement Sessions available that she is doing for placement.
