Standing Strong tweens/teens is a wellness program that runs after school once a week for 1.5 hours, its where young people have fun while also developing life skills and emotional intelligence to deal with day to day challenges. 🌈

One casual session is available in tickets to try out before taking on term program😃

Each session is made up of the three Standing Strong components:

💟STRONG Bodies - Fun Movement / Twirling poi
😌STRONG Minds - Mindset / Group discussions /Activities
💟STRONG Hearts - Mindfulness / Yoga / Craft

Our term program is customised to each age group and covers a range of themes relevant to the girls.

We have over forty different topics which may include:

💙 Motivation

💙 Sadness and Depression

💙 Values

💙 Boundaries

💙 Journal Writing

For the girls to build strong connections and feel safe we encourage to attend the full term, though one try out session is available to purchase during term.
