Star Tetrahedron Meditation led by Fiona Wood
A Star Tetrahedron is two pyramids put together – one facing upwards and one facing downwards.
They are an exact reflection of each other and represent heaven and earth, and unity consciousness.
We will begin by making a paper Star Tetrahedron, and them move into a meditation which focuses on visualizing yourself in a spinning Star Tetrahedron, in order to feel your innate self and connection to oneness.
Tibetan singing bowls will be played throughout the meditation.
