Having grown up around music her entire life, Mahalia Barnes is one of the most soulful, compelling and exciting singers in Australia today.
She is the real thing.
Mahalia has three albums and several EP's to her name. She has performed Australia wide and overseas with her own band, and also as a support for the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Mavis Staples, Tom Jones and Joe Bonamassa.Â
For her Starfish Performance she'll be joined on stage by long-time collaborators, the hugely gifted and entertaining Clayton Doley on piano and organ and Franco Raggatt on guitar, as well as the the Starfish Club Bedrock Rhythm Section of Jonathan Zwartz and Hamish Stuart.
There will be one Show only, with tickets available online.
The Starfish Kitchen will be open from 6.15pm, with Thai green chicken curry and a vegetarian option also.
