Starfish Jade MacRae 3 June 2024

Jade MacRae is back in Australia for a brief window, she has been touring with Joe Bonamassa,supporting the Rolling Stones no less! While she is here she is doing a special show for the Starfish Club.

 Jade has a long held love, deep respect and connection to the 50's and 60's great R'n'B soul jazz singers, such as Dinah Washington, Etta James, Ruth Brown and Nina Simone. 

At this Starfish Club concert she wants to honour those singers as well as perform some of her own songs written very much with her idols in mind.

We are really excited to present Jade MacRae along with the very best vocal back up of Mahalia Barnes, Karen Lee Andrews and Joy Yates, and with a dynamite band comprising Dave MacRae on piano, Matt Keegan on baritone and tenor saxophones (perhaps not at the same time) and of course, Hamish Stuart on drums and Jonathan Zwartz on double bass. 

Jade's shows always sell out fast so make sure you secure your tickets asap.
