Start By Believing Community Breakfast 2026

Join the Gold Coast Centre Against Sexual Violence Inc. for our annual Start by Believing Community Breakfast, launching Sexual Violence Awareness Month this October.

For 36 years, we have supported women on the Gold Coast through high-quality intervention services and community prevention education.

This year's theme — No More Silence: Prevent Sexual Violence — is a call to action for all of us. Preventing sexual violence is a community responsibility. It asks us to believe survivors, to speak up, and to push back against the silence that too often surrounds sexual violence — including in community attitudes and legal settings.

Come together with us for a morning of connection and community as we stand united in saying: No More Silence.
