This is the second event in our Start Good Series - helping you to Start Good. Stay Good.

In partnership with Special K - we are giving you the opportunity to try out some of the best fitness options you may not have tried before for FREE! We've teamed up with three of our favourite workout locations in Auckland (Basecamp Yoga, SALA, and Studio Box) who will give you an epic workout, flow or burn, ready for your breakfast...

That's where we come in! We'll be providing smoothie bowls for after your sweat session, topped with Special K's delicious cereals, and full of all our usual nutritious and delicious fruits, superfoods, good fats and protein to keep you going for the rest of your day. Our bowls are always dairy free, and we will have gluten free options for those who prefer.

The classes will run over three weekends in April, so make sure you book in quick as these tickets will be gone in a flash, and there is super limited space in each studio. Please only book in if you know you can definitely make it, as there's sure to be a waiting list!

This is a 1 hour HIIT Pilates class, suitable for all levels, even if you've never tried pilates before. Your FREE ticket includes the class, as well as a main-sized smoothie bowl, coffee or a fresh juice to fuel your morning!

All you need to bring is a drink bottle and sweat towel, we will provide the rest.
