Start Packing Backpack or Capybara Capers Sewing Workshop

Sew fun for kids! is a place to learn all about sewing while making fun projects that you can take home and treasure.

In this fun school holiday workshop you can choose between two options:

• learn how to sew your own roll top backpack and mini zip up pouches

• learn how to sew a capybara pillow and tote bag.

This workshop is suitable for boys and girls aged 7 and up. All fabrics and accessories will be provided. A variety of fabrics will be available to choose from on the day.

The workshop runs from 9am to 3pm in our light and bright studio in the heart of Castle Hill at 4/31 Terminus St, Castle Hill. Our studio has an internal toilet so children do not need to leave the studio during the day.

You will need to bring along morning tea, lunch and a water bottle. Please do not include any food items that contain nuts or traces of nuts.

Sew fun for kids! accepts Service NSW Creative Kids vouchers. If you would like to use a voucher, select the Creative Kids voucher ticket. The ticket price will be reduced to to reflect the use of the $50 voucher. You will also be required to enter:

- the voucher number

- your child's name

- your child's date of birth.

All of these details are required for me to register your voucher.

A minimum of 4 children are required for the workshop to go ahead. This workshop has a maximum of 8 participants.

Please note, we are unable to provide a refund if a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the workshop as we will have purchased all of the fabrics and accessories for your child. In the event you are unable to attend we are very happy to provide you with the fabric kit and pattern instructions for you to pick up from the studio and create at home or you are welcome to transfer the ticket to another child.
