You don’t have to find the words to make room for yourself.

Some days, explaining how you feel is another thing you just may not have the energy for. This gentle hour offers a different starting point: colour, texture and making something just for you. Explore a mood, follow a sensation or simply enjoy the materials - nothing needs to be explained or interpreted.

With Renae’s guidance, explore and experiment with soft pastel, or charcoal if you choose, to blend, trace and experiment. There’s space to ease away from the pressure to get things right and enjoy a process that belongs to you. A brief sensory arrival and optional closing reflection frame the making.

60 minutes; no more than six participants. No art experience needed. All materials and aprons provided. Keep your work private or share by choice. No previous session required. Newcomers welcome; each session stands alone.

This is creative wellbeing, not clinical art therapy.

Make room for yourself. Come once or return regularly. Every session is a fresh beginning.
