Make time for your own enjoyment, not just getting things done.

You don’t need a productive reason to pick up a paintbrush. This is an hour to step away from everyday demands, enjoy colour and movement, and give yourself permission to play. Be alongside others without needing to perform, explain yourself or make conversation throughout.

Renae will guide a brief mindful arrival before free exploration with water-based acrylic paint. Have a go at a sweeping stroke, a daub or two or some delicate detail, then follow what catches your interest. The value is in the experience, not a finished painting. You might start your day feeling refreshed, more absorbed in the moment, or truly grateful that you made the time for you.

60 minutes; no more than six participants. No art experience needed. All materials and aprons provided. Keep your work private or share by choice. No previous session required. Newcomers welcome; each session stands alone.

This is creative wellbeing, not clinical art therapy.

Make room for yourself. Come once or return regularly. Every session is a fresh beginning.
