- Judges will evaluate how creatively the theme of the competition (Slapstick or Reverse Filmmaking) is interpreted and executed. Unique and original approaches to storytelling, style, and visual presentation will be highly valued.
Adherence to Theme:
- Entries must clearly reflect the competition’s theme. For the Slapstick Film Competition, entries should capture the essence of slapstick humor and physical comedy. For the Reverse Filmmaking Competition, entries should effectively use reverse video techniques to create magical or surprising effects.
Technical Quality:
- While entries do not need to be professionally produced, judges will consider technical aspects such as video quality, sound clarity, and overall production value. Effort in editing and presentation will also be taken into account.

Scoring System:
- Each criterion will be scored on a scale of 1 to 10, with a maximum total score of 60 points. The highest-scoring entries in each category will be selected as finalists.
Judging Panel:
- A panel of industry professionals and StarTime Live representatives will judge the entries. All decisions made by the judging panel are final and not subject to appeal.
Tie-breaking:
- In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest score in the Creativity and Originality category will be declared the winner. If a tie still exists, the judging panel will deliberate to determine the final winner.
