Starting a business in a new country can feel exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming.

Whether you already run a business, are working for yourself, or have an idea you've been thinking about for a while, this event is an opportunity to connect with others who understand the journey.

Join Startup Queenstown Lakes, Queenstown Lakes District Council, and members of the local Latin community for a welcoming evening of conversation, learning, and connection.

Delivered in both English and Spanish, we'll explore what it takes to start and grow a business in New Zealand, what opportunities exist in Queenstown Lakes, and where to find support, advice, and resources along the way.

You'll hear from local entrepreneurs Paula and Sandra who have built businesses here, learn about the support available through Startup Queenstown Lakes and other organisations, and have the chance to meet others who are exploring similar ideas and opportunities.

This isn't a formal workshop or business class. It's a chance to ask questions, share experiences, make connections, and discover what's possible.
