Starting solids soon - Go see Cushla!
Cushla was incredibly reassuring, calm, and knowledgeable. And just when my tired mum brain needed it most, I came home to a detailed follow-up email and a beautifully put-together downloadable guide.

You've read the articles. You've watched the reels. You've asked in the mum group. And now you're more confused than when you started.
Do you start with purees or baby led? Is rice cereal my only option? What about allergens, iron, choking, salt? Everyone has an opinion, and most of it contradicts.
This workshop is where the noise stops.
In one hour, I'll walk you through exactly how to start solids, grounded in the latest evidence and shaped by real life with a baby. All while your little ones can play for free at Jujuba Indoor Play & Cafe.
