Are you interested in developing a game and starting a business? Join us for a rundown of the key legal things you need to do when starting your own game (or software) development business. 

Wade Pearson will take you through your important legal milestones, covering companies, contracts, co-founders and more. You’ll learn some important tips and tricks, and you’ll get a sense of what to outsource and what to do yourself. You may also meet some like-minded people, along with others working in the gaming industry.

Wade is a commercial lawyer, trustee of Startup Dunedin and PC gamer. Wade helps businesses achieve their goals, and advises a number of startups and small to medium businesses, including game developers.
