This month, we’ll be looking at how to build your startup dream team. First, we'll hear from Vanessa - Communications and marketing manager of Orbica about the culture at her company. Vanessa will share with us how the 'Orbicans' go about building their culture.

After that, we'll hear from Marie Johnson - the cofounder of Culture by Design. Culture by Design drives performance and success for its clients by developing strategies to shift the cultural paradigm and align workplace culture with business strategy. Marie will share with us the amazing work her company is doing for their clients and the lessons entrepreneurs can learn and apply in their own businesses.
