This year, the Arts Leadership Institute will be offered as a pre-conference session before the State Arts Conference. Join us for one or both!
South Dakota artists, arts advocates, administrators, art lovers, policymakers as well as community and state leaders who recognize the value of our cultural heritage will join together for a one-day Arts Leadership Institute pre-conference & one-day State Arts Conference scheduled for June 7-8 in downtown Sioux Falls.
Hosted by the South Dakota Arts Council & Arts South Dakota the biennial State Arts Conference will bring a halo of creativity over Sioux Falls.
The Saturday keynote luncheon will feature Randy Cohen, Vice President of Research, Americans for the Arts.
The conference includes workshops, panels, creative excursions, performances, networking opportunities and a Friday night opening reception with music at Levitt Sioux Falls!
One of the best parts of the State Arts Conference is the chance to network with others who are passionate about the arts in South Dakota. The conference is open to everyone looking to focus and enhance advocacy, accessibility, business for artists, rural design, marketing & more. Ideas and strategies will be shared, and new friendships will be forged. Plenty of time will be scheduled for socializing, networking, and creative excursions throughout downtown Sioux Falls.
