Stay & Play @ Edmondson Park

Choosing a childcare centre is a big decision, and a tour of empty rooms doesn't show you much. At A Day at Ignite, you'll see us on a normal day, with children, educators and routines all running as usual.

This open day is for families thinking about enrolling. Bring your little one along to explore, play and get a feel for life at Ignite.

What you can expect

• A warm welcome. A member of our leadership team will meet you at reception, introduce you to Ignite and explain how your visit will work.

• Everyday learning. Watch our educators with the children during play-based learning, routines, transitions and mealtimes. Nothing is staged. You'll see a normal day.

• Stay and play. You and your child can explore our play spaces and indoor playground together and do some simple, child-led activities using our usual resources.

• Learning on display. See real learning documentation, children's ideas and their work. Our educators will explain how they observe, plan, reflect on and extend each child's learning.

• Time for your questions. Talk with our leadership team about your child's needs, room availability, fees, orientation and settling into care.

• A family welcome pack covering our educational philosophy, curriculum, enrolment process and how to book a follow-up visit
