My name is Ari, I am a Breathwork Facilitator and super passionate about supporting people on their healing and personal evolution journey.

Breathwork is a powerful tool to access a deeper connection to self and understanding of our human nature and inner landscape, it can provide unique opportunities to access blocked emotions and past experiences that are not yet complete within the body-mind system, by learning about, expressing, and closing these emotional cycles and loops we bring space to let go of past traumas and become closer to our purpose and meaning in life and create inner freedom.

You are your own healer! I am here to hold the lamp as you find your way, as we all are on a journey of self-discovery!

I will teach you the tools, and guide the process of Activated Breathwork in a safe and compassionate environment, providing you space to tap into your subconscious, and access parts of yourself and your body-mind system not visible with the conscious mind, together we learn to bring love, compassion, and kindness to the places within that need of your attention to be able to move forwards in life without being held back by memories of past experiences that are contained within.

We will dive into Theta Meditations and learn to activate our DNA in a co-creative way, heal ourselves, and bring forth with compassionate inquiry and journalling what needs to be seen, heard, held, and felt.

Breathwork is a somatic practice, a safe and non-addictive method for accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness, within these states, in a safe and facilitated environment, we can access the parts of ourselves that are calling out for our love. Through the Breathwork Journey of 1.5 hours, we will have the opportunity to gain insight into our inner worlds, receive wisdom and let go of traumas and emotions that have been blocking our blessings and holding us back from living in our highest truths.

By utilising Restorative Breathingwork Techniques and Activated Breathwork Techniques you will have the tools, safety, and guidance to move through your journey in the most impactful way for you.

Please arrive for 1 pm start at Air Studio

Please bring a journal, a pillow (for vocal release), a yoga mat, an eye cover, water, lip balm if desired, and a blanket to keep warm as body temperature can change during the breathwork.
