My name is Ari, and I am here to serve. I am a nomadic soul, adventurer, world traveller of 15 years and Breathwork Facilitator (YOGALAP) and currently also studying with Owaken.com Trauma Informed Breathwork. I have been working with the tools of Breathwork since 2018 and have been a qualified facilitator since April 2021. I have been on a self healing journey since an early age and have found Breathwork to be a game changer in my personal development and spiritual evolution. I take support from the minds of Eckhart Tolle to Gabor Maté, Byron Katie to Gary Vee, Joe Dispenza to Napolean Hill, Lukis Mac and Hellé Weston, and i bring in many years and thousands of hours studying, meditating, travelling the world, exploring my mind and soul, and participation in plant medicine ceremonies working with shamans, to bring to you my experience and support i have learned along the way. My journey of healing is unique and this experience i have is my medicine to bring to the world.

Breathwork is a powerful tool to access a deeper connection to self and understanding of our human nature and inner landscape, it can provide unique opportunities to access blocked emotions and past experiences that are not yet complete within the body-mind system, by learning about, expressing and closing these emotional cycles and loops we bring space to let go of past traumas and become closer to our purpose and meaning in life and create inner freedom.

I believe in empowering humans to be the best they can be, i am not your healer, if anything, i am a guide to help you remember you are your own healer.

The only person i am a healer for is myself, in the same way i believe you are, for YOU!

I teach the tools and guide the process of activated deep breathing in a safe and compassionate environment, providing you space to tap into your own subconscious and access parts of yourself and your body/mind system not visible with the conscious mind, together we learn to bring love to the places within that may be in need of your love and attention to be able to move forwards in life without being held back by memories of past experiences that are held within the body and the body/mind system.

Breathwork is a safe and non addictive method for accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness, it is within these states, in a safe and facilitated environment, we can access the parts of ourselves that are calling out for our love.

Please arrive for 6pm start, spaces are limited to 18 persons at venue, no shows are not refundable, thank you for your understanding.

Please bring a pillow (for noise), yoga mat, eye cover, water, lip balm if desired, and a blanket to keep warm as body temperature can change during the breathwork.
