Stay Grounded - Wellbeing for Social Enterprise Leaders

Running a social enterprise is rewarding, but it can also be relentless. You’re balancing impact, income, people and purpose, often with few resources and little time to stop. Stay Grounded is WASEC’s new program helping WA’s social enterprise leaders sustain themselves for the long haul.

Over four months, you’ll join a small cohort of peers to slow down, reflect and build practical ways to manage pressure and prevent burnout.

The program dates are:

• Online session: 10.30am, 1 December 2026

• Online session: 10.30am, 11 January 2027

• Overnight retreat: 8 - 9 February 2027

• Online session: 10.30am, 2 March 2027.

The cost for the entire program is $500.00 per person, heavily subsidised thanks to support from Meshpoints.
