Did you know that building your strength and balance by moving your body is one of the best ways to prevent falls?
Join Injury Matters WA in their three-part Stay On Your Feet® series and learn practical strategies to prevent slips, trips, and falls.
In this first session, you will learn ways to improve your balance and posture and strengthen your muscles and bones for overall good health and wellbeing.
