Clare Edwards, Brain-Smart People Development, has seen many people struggle through change or lead ineffectively through no fault of their own. Work is tough enough, stress levels are on the increase and the amount of suffering resulting is not necessary. There are solutions that we can own and that have a ripple effect on work and home life.As a Facilitator, Speaker, Trainer and Coach, Clare helps professionals to achieve their potential. Having spent many years in the corporate sector in various management positions, Clare is only too aware of the challenges that exist in navigating change to deliver the required results. Clare's work focus's on developing emotional and behavioural excellence in the workplace through the tools of Neuroleadership, Neurochange, Resilience, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness. Staying Cool Under Pressure is an exploration into the world of understanding stress and regulating emotions. It’s the nearest we’ll ever get to having a user manual for the brain and the strategies that we share are guaranteed to work….if implemented.
The focus is on developing strategies to help people keep their head when all around seems in chaos, to remain calm under pressure and transition from work to home arriving fully present for loved ones.
