Ministry for the minister is complex, demanding and constantly shifting in focus, for example, the demands on leadership forced upon by the disruptions of COVID-19. The health and indeed wholistic health of the minister directly impacts on the wellbeing of church and ministries within it. Mark Conner draws from his extensive church leadership experiences and observations in exploring sustainable ministry practices to avoid burnout and ministry pitfalls and to self care.

Mark Conner is a speaker, author and trainer with a genuine love for people and a passion to help them grow and change. He has a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. Mark is married to Nicole and they have three young adult children.
