Event description
Ahoy there! All aboard for the STEAM Ahead event filled with fun science, technology, and arts-based activities.
- Experiment with coding with our Sphero + and Strawbees robots
· Try your hand at simple sewing, play a game on the Nintendo Switch
- Be inventive with the light box
· Make a battery from fruit and craft a magnetic toy car
- And if you are 13 years and over you can try out the Oculus virtual reality goggles.
Two sessions available: 10:00am-12:00pm & 1pm-3pm
