Event description

Announcing Steed Fitness' second Strength Showdown of 2024! 

Steed Strength Showdown is a Novice Powerlifting Competition open to lifters of all experiences, so whether you've only just picked up a barbell or if you've got heaps of PRs under your belt, the Steed Strength Showdown is a great platform for you!

There are a total of 20 spots open for 2 flights of lifters to compete in the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Weigh-ins will be at 9:00am with lift-off at 11:00am. Placing will be calculated by the DOTS formula, with prize packs for best overall male and best overall female lifters up for grabs. We're aiming for a 2pm finish, any help to put the gym back together after the event will be much appreciated!
