SteelBody IronMind Qigong courses are an amazing way to change your health, your attitude, your direction in life!!

Our SteelBody IronMind courses are divided into two types.

Levels 1 and 2 are general strengthening practices for the physical body, the mind and emotions, the immune, respiratory, cardiac, and gastrointestinal systems, and for the spirit.

Levels 3 and 4 are much more geared to strengthening specific areas of the body. You might decide you want to strengthen your arms and hands for martial arts, or your legs as you age, or your mind to deal with the pressures of modern life or career.

Levels 1 and 2 can be started in any order.

Levels 3 and 4 are started after you have completed Levels 1 and 2 at least once each.

This course is being run for Level 1 and Level 2 participants. Each level involves a similar number of exercises for general body and mind strengthening.

What it includes :

An opening weekend where you are introduced to the philosophies and principles of Qigong, traditional East Asian medicine and exercise, and the 12 exercises required for the next 100 days.
A kit with the manual, moxibustion sticks and lighter, liniment, Chinese herbs to build Qi and Blood, striking bags, tissues
Seven review sessions to keep on track and get your questions answered
A closing weekend to finish of 100+ days of practice where we will stay at a to be confirmed location Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
