Experience a 45 minute invigorating mat Pilates class in the gorgeous gardens with Steph, overlooking 250 acres of rural and conservation land on top of which Lon Spa is perched.

Followed by a one hour revitalizing soak in the Mineral Pool, sourced from natural mineral springs running beneath the farm.

Refreshments will follow before we head down to the beach for a scenic walk around the gorgeous Lon Spa property.
